Soles Resorts, Italian Owned and operated is controlled by Sole Resorts Espana, S.L. with its headquaters in Barcelona, Spain. Acting as a holding company for Sole Resort, S.A. de C.V. which owns the Sole Resorts Tulum Hotel, and managed by Sole Management and Services, S.A. de C.V. The following were listed as business partners and owners of the whole shebang.
Dr. Gilberto Sandretto, President Sole Resorts Legal administrator for the family business. Recognized as a leader in Italy, in the fabrication of plastic materials.
Giuseppe Ronco: Vice President Sole Resorts. Italian Co Founder of “Going S.p.a.. In 1996 considered to be the 5th largest tour operator in Italy. In 1998 the company was sold to Grupo Hit, Holding Italiana Turismo with annual gross revenues exceeding 100 million, usd. Presently acting as General Council for Going, and currently heading New Project Development Departments.
Carlo Alberto Inglese: Corporate General Manager Sole Resorts. Four Years as an Executive Director of Group Benetton’s Luxottica Compagnia Finanziaria D’Investimento Real estate acquisitions, finance, and investment division, in Italy, and abroad. Current Responsibilities include, Overseeing day to day operations, master-planning the hotel, vacation ownership, fractional ownership and full ownership villas.
